SK Worldwide Digital Product Purchase Agreement & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a digital product from SK Worldwide. By purchasing and accessing any digital product offered by SK Worldwide, including but not limited to wedding planning binders, templates, guides, and educational resources, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Digital Product Access

Upon successful purchase, customers receive immediate access to digital files, downloadable resources, and/or editable Canva templates.

Because access is provided instantly, all digital product purchases are considered delivered at the time of purchase.

No Refund Policy

All digital product purchases are final.

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, SK Worldwide does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any reason.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product description prior to purchase.

  • You understand that digital products cannot be returned once delivered or accessed.

  • You waive any right to request a refund, chargeback, or exchange based on dissatisfaction, change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use the product.

Canva Templates

Certain products may include editable Canva templates. Customers are responsible for maintaining access to a Canva account to customize or edit these templates.

SK Worldwide is not responsible for third-party platform changes, service interruptions, or account limitations associated with Canva.

Planning Services

Digital products are separate from planning and design services offered by SK Worldwide.

Purchasing a digital product does not apply as a credit toward future planning services. Likewise, booking planning or design services with SK Worldwide does not include reimbursement, credit, or refund for previously purchased digital products.
